From the heart of Thailand to the buzzing city of Moscow, Nara Group proudly introduced the refined flavours of Thai cuisine through “Baannok Khao Krung,” its celebrated restaurant recognised by the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years. Invited by Thailand’s Office of Commercial Affairs in Moscow to join the prestigious Thai SELECT campaign under the Ministry of Commerce, Baannok Khao Krung presented an exclusive dining experience at Black Thai, located within the Radisson Collection Hotel.
Inspired by treasured Korat family recipes, this restaurant brought the soulful elegance of Northeastern Thai or “Isaan” cuisine to nearly 200 distinguished guests, diplomats, and members of the Russian media. Signature creations including Tao Jiew Lon, Tom Saep Goong Maenam, stir-fried glass noodles with pickled garlic, and massaman curry with braised beef shank captivated diners with their depth and authenticity. The evening concluded with a memorable operatic performance by co-founder Phumiphan “Jom” Iamparames, rounding off a graceful celebration of Thai culture, hospitality, and culinary artistry on the international stage.
