Sirisopa Chulasewok
For Sirisopa Chulasewok, food carried both personal meaning and cultural pride. Her upbringing was shaped by recipes passed down through generations, some rooted in refined culinary traditions from aristocratic households also tied to the royal courts of Siam. Alongside these were the everyday dishes shared across the country. These are simple but resonant meals that bring comfort, foster connection, and embody the warmth of home wherever they are found.

Yuki Srikarnchana
Food was as much a part of life as it was of identity and pride for Yuki Srikarnjana. Some of the dishes she grew up with came from old family kitchens with long histories — recipes once prepared in aristocratic households connected to the royal courts of Siam, where her grandfather served as a nobleman. She went on to transform this deep-rooted connection to Thai culinary heritage into a modern dining experience that feel both authentically Thai and relevant to today’s diners.
